The South Tower of this twin-tower structure will have 750 hotel rooms and 50,000 square feet of retail space, while the North Tower will have 800,000 square feet of office space and 50,000 square feet of retail space. Both are projected to reach a height of 991 feet. An important hallmark of the project is the 56,800 SF of publicly accessible open space, displaying a direct panorama from Brickell Avenue to the Bay.
