All costs related to buying and renting properties were included into this study such as mortgage, down payments, taxes, maintenance, tax deductions and rental payments. Inflation and projected home values and rental prices were also taken into consideration.



Zillow’s ranked the Fort-Lauderdale/Miami region as the most desired area for buying properties.
